The instant cast state popup do work without the battle core. The issue here is that YEP Battle Core completely ignore those routines and process battle actions it's own way. This plugin uses the default window battle log routines to show the popup. I also had a method working using custom formulas but it was much messier and more complicated, so I tried to simplify it. If I do implement game font setup, then custom text popup will become far easier. This hurts the user, while healing your ally of their HP and MP in the same turn.
